Recent delivery of a strategy for sustainability at a worldwide enterprise software company and a market campaign for a regulated utility inspired her to respond to the urgency to bring competitively priced, sustainability-designed products to market hand in hand with corporate messaging in alignment.
Deborah Grove brings 24 years of entrepreneurship, global channel strategies, market research, and innovation consulting, having guided clients during times of profound change with unpredictable opportunities.
She graduated from UCLA and the American Graduate School of International Management. After early employment at Warner Brothers International in Germany and Sweden, and TRW International in Los Angeles, she founded Asia’s first office automation consultancy in Asia in 1981 with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore and Korea. She was known as an expert on technology adoption throughout the region and was invited to chair panels or speak at numerous national conferences. In 1985, Deborah negotiated the sale her company to International Data Corporation and continued on as Managing Director, IDC Asia until relocating to Silicon Valley. She was CEO and Founder at Introplus, a web services company offering social networking solutions for vacations and conferences enabling attendees to connect online with other participants while registering for events.
Deborah has completed the Scenario Training Seminar offered by Global Business Network as well as the Sustainability Business Management Program offered through Cal State East Bay.
